TCG Program Participation Eligibility

The programme currently focuses on entities with significant economic impact. Eligible companies include:

• Companies with an annual turnover of RM100 million and above.
  
  
• Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs).
  
  
• Companies with a clean tax compliance record for the past 3 years.
  
  
• Companies with established Tax Control Framework

Note: Dormant companies and investment holding companies are currently excluded from the program's priority list.
