The rapid advancement of ICT technology today requires us to move swiftly in providing more efficient and effective online services to our customers. Almost all of our manual services have been digitized. In line with the government’s aspirations, we are now moving towards the use of artificial intelligence-based technology.

The digitalization of tax services under MyTax will provide a more valuable experience for IRBM customers, making the digital tax services more conducive, seamless, and secure.
