Procedures For Submission Of Real Property Gains Tax Form

  1. Starting from January 1, 2025, the submission of the CKHT Income Tax Return Form online via the e-CKHT Portal MyTax at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my is mandatory including for disposals in the previous year.
    1. If there is no Tax Identification Number (TIN), the application can be submitted via the e-Daftar service on MyTax.
    2. A guide for filling out the e-CKHT can be obtained and downloaded from the HASiL Official Portal > Download Forms > CKHT.
    3. A sample of the paper CKHT Income Tax Return Form can be downloaded and printed from the HASiL Official Portal > Download Forms > CKHT.
    4. Submission of paper CKHT Return Forms is not accepted and is considered a failure to submit the CKHT Return Form if no re-submission is made via e-CKHT on MyTax.
