The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) invites comments on the proposed of “Public Ruling: Taxation on Upstream Petroleum – Continuous and Contiguous Partnerships”. The main purpose of public consultation is to seek stakeholders’ views on the issue related on this public ruling.
Please note that all views and comments received may be made public and will be considered. This public consultation on public ruling is open from for comments from 29th July 2026 to 11th August 2026 (14 days) and should be submitted to kufeedback@hasil.gov.my.
