Stamp Certificate

This method is for adjudication applications made through the e-Stamp Duty System. The Stamp Certificate will be generated electronically as proof of stamping. The Stamp Certificate needs to be printed and attached to any relevant document/instrument to be considered as duly stamped.

Compound Duty

This method is imposed on stamp duty payments made via compound to cheques, insurance policies, contract notes, Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association, and the TNB Electricity Supply Bill Form (Electric Supply Form), by parties specified under Section 9 of the Stamp Act 1949.
