1. Permohonan baharu perlu dikemukakan secara New applications must be submitted mandatorily through the e-Derma System effective from 15 June 2026.
2. The e-Derma System can be accessed via the MyTax Portal at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my
3. Applications can only be made by individuals who hold the role of Company Director / Organization Administrator in MyTax.
4. Existing MyTax users:
   • If you already have the role of Company Director / Organization Administrator, please log in to the e-Derma System using that role.
   • f you do not yet have the role of Company Director / Organization Administrator, please follow the steps below to apply for the role:
     1. Visit the https://mytax.hasil.gov.my
     2. Click Profile > Role Application > Select Application Type > Select Role Type > Upload supporting documents > Click Submit
     3. The role can be used once approved by HASiL.
5. If you do not have MyTax access:
   Please follow the steps below to register for a MyTax digital certificate:
   1. Visit https://mytax.hasil.gov.my
   2. Log in to MyTax.
   3. Select Identification Type.
   4. Enter your identification number and click Submit.
   5. The message “Digital Certificate Does Not Exist” will be displayed (this means you have never applied for a MyTax PIN / Digital Certificate).
   6. For first-time login, you are required to apply for a PIN (MyTax Digital Certificate) through one of the following methods:
      • e-CP55D – online application via MyTax; or
      • e-KYC – application through identity verification using identification documents and a selfie via smartphone.
   7. Complete the application successfully.
   8. Once successful, you may log in to MyTax and follow the steps in paragraph (d) to apply for the role.

For new applications for approval under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967 submitted by a Fund, or by an Institution / Organisation / Fund (IOF) that appoints a Tax Representative or Tax Agent to manage the approval application process, the completed manual application form together with the supporting documents must be submitted online through the Customer Feedback Form in accordance with the existing procedures. Submission of applications through the e-Derma System for this category will be implemented in a next phase.
