Public Consultation on Public Ruling
The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) invites comments on the proposed of Public Ruling: Tax Treatment On Companies That Established Special Purpose Vehicles For The Issuance Of SUKUK – Section 60I Income Tax Act 1967. The main purpose of this public consultation is to seek stakeholders’ views on the issue related on this public ruling. Please note that all views and comments received may be made public and will be considered.
